From David to Daniel, not one among them faced defeat in a life or death situation when the Lord was them. Before every war, David used to consult the Lord in his plans and the defeat over his enemies were certain. Not once did David stumble when he was king. When we hold God’s law close to our heart, the enemy fails and victory rises from the ashes. Try putting God’s Word first before everything and see His goodness. This is the Word that penetrates every broken heart that we are talking about.
