“But I am like an olive tree flourishing in the house of God; I trust in God’s unfailing love forever and ever.” – Psalms 52:8

Yesterday, we had posted how a person in the kingdom of God would be like a tree nourished by water beside the streams. The tree that stands forever in the kingdom of God will be the believer who believes. We are the tree that stands upright. Never uprooted and never withering away. Trees signify their strength to last longer. Olive trees are nutritious and are a rich source of vitamins. They are also a representation of peace.  If God has made us an olive tree, it would be so that we can be in peace, flourishing forever. Be that tree that imparts peace. David’s words that comes from his experiences prove to be a comfort for us, consoling us in times of desperation. There is absolutely no doubt that God will take care of all those who love him the most. Nothing can shake a believer who takes refuge in Christ.
