You all know about faith, I believe. It is simply believing in something before you have seen or experienced it. Say for example when we walk, we have faith that we are not going to fall. When we dance we have faith we are not going to lose. Similarly, we should have faith that Christ is there for us all the time. This faith will never let you down but will keep letting you go up. Whoever has faith in Jesus Christ will be blessed even if they have not seen him says the Bible. So do you have faith in Christ? If not, read the following below and let me help you find him.

What is faith? Hebrews 11:1 says “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” In simple terms, Faith is belief without seeing. I know It’s not simple. But you have to believe deep within yourself that someone is there watching over all that you do. Just believe that you are being protected by someone invisible and invincible. None of us have been able to see Jesus all throughout our lives. That is the simple reason is why he asks you to believe in him that he’s there. It’s not easy I know. But try it. Suppose if you have a girlfriend and you ask her to have faith and dance along with you, won’t she do it? It’s the same way. Let me say another better example. A father buys his son a cycle and asks him to peddle it. But the son is scared of falling but the father keeps on telling his child to believe in him. This is exactly the same way that our Father says to have faith in us. He has asked you to believe in him no matter what the circumstance because He is there for you. And He will keep his word no matter what happens. Because only he has power over all earth. Also the anti-christ has power, but Jesus has the ultimate power over all earth. You may not have known but there is always an angel assigned over you. How else do you think you are protected? For David has said in Psalms 91:11 “God will command his angels to protect you wherever you go. They will carry you in their arms, and you won’t hurt your feet on the stones.” Do you get the link now? So realise that you need not worry about anything for Christ is there for you? Jesus is there for you. 

Sometimes even my faith has altered in situations. But ultimately I end up with Christ. So now I know that he cares for me. Praise the Lord! So have faith that he is always there. Even if you face a difficult situation, just simply have FAITH. If in doubt you should completely empty your mind and start afresh. Then you will get the idea about faith in your mind and you will soon start to feel it.

There are some more points I would like to convey on faith.

1. Romans 5:1-5 says “Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.” Only by faith can we be acceptable to God. And only by faith will we be able to see God. So faith is necessary for God to accept you and you to accept God. Either way faith is what comes in between. So never forget to take Faith along with you. 
2. Refer to Romans 10:9 “If you declare with your mouth “Jesus is Lord” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” If you are new to christianity, I believe this can be a start. Only if you say that Jesus is Lord and believe that God raised Christ from death, then you will be saved. You can see from the above verse that this requires faith. Only by faith will you be saved. Just simply believe that Christ is Lord.
3. Also refer to Romans 10:14 “How, then, can they call on the One they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?” You have to understand that you need to first hear about Christ to have faith. If you are a non – believer and you wish to know Christ let your first step be to start by visiting a church where you can develop spiritually or you can visit a man of god who can guide you to Christ. This is important because without hearing about Christ you can never even have faith in him. And all those had faith in him were rewarded for their faith. The rewards are infinite blessings and sharing the kingdom of God. 
4. Refer to Galatians 3:5 “So again I ask, does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you by the works of the law, or by your believing what you heard? So also Abraham “believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.” In the past there lived a man named Abraham. He was truly a man who believed in God. Abraham had a wife named Sarah. Both of them never had a child until Abraham was 100 years of age and Sarah 90. Even though they were old, Abraham never doubted God ever throughout his life. Here they had child Isaac even at a ripe old age. God also tested Abraham’s faith when he asked Abraham to sacrifice his son Isaac even though it was not his intention. When Abraham was about to do it, God stopped him and Isaac was saved. 

So now do you realise how much faith can change your life? The impossible becomes possible. So take the step towards faith now.
